How do I sign up for InterioApp?
To sign up, simply click on the "Get Started" button on our homepage. You'll be prompted to enter your name and a password. Once completed, you will have to choose a subscription plan suitable for you. Start with the 1-Week Free Trial and follow our training video Session to better understand how the system works.
What Steps should I take after signing up?
After you sign up and select a plan, you'll gain immediate access to all the features of InterioApp based on your chosen subscription.
Initially, you'll want to set up your workspace to align with your specific needs. This involves several important steps: 
  1. Treatment Headings: Add the various types of treatment headings relevant to your business. 
  2. Uploading Fabrics: Optionally, you can upload fabrics that you frequently work with. This aids in generating more accurate quotations. 
  3. Setting Treatment Hems: Establish the hems for different treatments to ensure precise measurements and calculations. 
  4. Creating Treatments: This is the cornerstone of your InterioApp experience. You can choose from three different pricing methods for your treatments. We'll guide you step-by-step through the process to ensure your treatments and custom prices align with your manufacturer's requirements.
By following these steps, you can start creating projects, generating quotes, and much more in a streamlined manner.
Do I need any special hardware to use InterioApp?
No, InterioApp is a cloud-based software that runs on standard web browsers. You don't need any special hardware.
What types of treatments can I create in InterioApp?
InterioApp is designed to accommodate a wide variety of soft furnishings, wall coverings, including curtains, blinds, upholstery, cushions etc.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 1-week trial for you to assess InterioApp. However, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
Why do I have to enter my card details for the free trial?
Providing your card information facilitates a smooth transition from the free trial to your chosen subscription plan. Please note, billing will only commence after the conclusion of the free trial period. You have the option to cancel anytime before the trial ends; however, if the subscription is not canceled, you will be automatically charged once the trial period concludes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through a secure gateway.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 1-week trial for you to assess InterioApp. However, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.

Features and Customisations

Is it possible for clients to pay directly from the quotation?
We have this feature implemented into the Software as 'Pay Now' button within the quotation, allowing clients to make immediate payments with just a click. This streamlines the payment process and makes it convenient for both you and your clients. This integration will require additional setup and Stripe account. We will support you during the process or will prepare the integration for you. Please support your personal manager or us via the email support@interioapp.co.uk
How can I offer discounts on my quotations? And is it possible to give a discount to fabric only?
Please navigate to the 'Quote' page within the InterioApp interface. Once there, look for an action button located in the top right corner of the page. Clicking on this button will present you with various options, including the ability to apply a discount. You'll have the flexibility to choose how you want to apply this discount—either per fabric or to the entire quote. 
How do I add 'Pricing Per Width' in InterioApp?
You can add 'Pricing Per Width' by navigating to Settings > Treatment and Pricing Centre. From there, you can create or edit treatments and their respective pricing methods.
How does the calculator work in InterioApp?
The calculator in InterioApp is designed to simplify calculations and quotations for curtains and blinds. You can add treatments, choose fabrics, and input measurements. The calculator will automatically generate a detailed quote for you.
Can I customise the Software to my custom needs? 
Yes, InterioApp is fully customizable. In fact, 9 out of 10 times, we provide tailored custom solutions to meet our clients' specific requirements. 
This is an additional service we offer to ensure that the software aligns perfectly with your business needs. 
Typically, the process begins with a collaborative workshop where we work closely with our clients, going through the software step by step to document all necessary requirements. 
Following this, we prepare a detailed timeline and a quote for the required custom implementations. 
Once the agreement is signed, we generate a quote for the customisations and an invoice for the software services. 
This means our clients do not need to subscribe to the app traditionally; instead, they gain access to the software through the contract, ensuring a seamless and personalised integration into their business operations.

How to integrate my InterioApp Calendar with Google Calendar?
Integration with the Google Calendar is very simple. We have a video demonstration where we will guide you Step by Step. Please follow the link to the Training video
